Basic Concepts offers five-week summer camps for children ages 3 through 9. Our camps are designed to address the specific needs of children with speech and language delays, social skill deficits and learning difficulties. Our camps target your child's individual goals through the use of innovative and fun themes and activities.
Our programs use a multi-disciplinary approach and are co-taught by speech language pathologists, special educators, and occupational therapists. Class sizes do not exceed 15 children and maintain a low staff-child ratio. All children are met prior to enrollment to determine eligibility and appropriate placement. We feel this is crucial to the success of our summer program so that children are placed in camp classes with appropriate peers.
